| The SMART KIT is a 512 square foot affordable,sustainable, highly energy efficient,durable and attractive timber frame (post & beam) weather tight* shell kit. S.M.A.R.T kits allow for a great deal of flexibility and savings by allowing you to control the pace and the materials you choose to finish with. What we provide is a ready to finish shell. The shell consists of the handcrafted frame, the prepared insulated panels, the windows,the door and any necessary technical drawings and support to erect the kit. It is then up to you or your contractor to finish as you see fit. You the owner provide foundation,siding,trim,electrical,plumbing and interior finish work. |

kit can be installed on the same lot (attached or detached) to the home of a close family member. An ADU living
arrangement can provide for informal support, companionship and security while protecting privacy and independence.

England area we can erect it ourselves at an additional cost***. Regardless of how you choose to do it we will help you
